To prune or remove, let us help you with the right choice

Trees play an important part in your garden, offering atmosphere and shade during summer, also producing oxygen and fresh air. If they are not taken care of properly, they can overgrow, die too soon or fall and cause damage to your property. If not pruned in time, can over grow and create dangerous hazards.

At Area Property Services we are committed to taking great care of your trees. Our Tree Pruning services involve the strategic cut of branches and tips of branches, with the idea of helping the tree develop properly. We make sure trees are trimmed correctly and to your needs, to make them safe and naturally beautiful in your property. If there are trees that pose a danger in your garden, Area Property Services also offer complete tree removal service.

Trees can be hazardous around your home. If you feel that a tree in your property may be hazardous for you, it might be time to remove it. Do not attempt to remove any trees without a professional as it could end up being dangerous for you and possibly damaging your property. At Area Property services we ensure that work is done correctly, legally and professionally. We ensure that care is taken so that no damage is done to the property or the surroundings. Once the work is done we remove the fallen tree and clean any mess.

After a tree has been cut and felled, the stump is a small remaining portion of the tree with the roots still in the ground. Tree stumps can be very difficult to remove from the ground, but at Area Property Services we have the job covered. We have experience and equipment to take on this hard job. We completely remove the stump and roots to prevent any regrowth, plus when finished we fill in the hole for you. Please note, we do not use any chemicals to remove stumps.

Before you prune or remove a tree from your residential or business property we must with your local council what are the regulations around this, each council varies so it's best to check with them first.

You may also need to apply to Council before you prune the overhanging branches of a neighbour’s tree. We also recommend you let your neighbours know as a courtesy that you want to prune the tree.

If your tree is dead or immediately dangerous it's best to seek the Council's recommendation.
